Amine Unit-Resistant Tail Gas Treatment | RGD-Proof Seals & Corrosion Control​

Introduction

  This project is a tail gas treatment unit (unit number: 1281) with a design scale of 1.2×10⁶ m³/d. It is primarily used for treating Claus tail gas from the sulfur recovery unit, as well as waste gases from the liquid sulfur pool of the sulfur recovery unit and TEG waste gases from the dehydration unit. 
  The design treatment capacity of the unit is matched with that of the sulfur recovery unit and dehydration unit. The unit adopts the CANSOLV process licensed by Shell, and the treated tail gas can meet the SO₂ emission standard of 400 mg/Nm³ (dry basis, 3 vol% O₂). 
  The annual production time of the unit is 8,000 hours, and the operating flexibility is 50%~120%.
